Terms of use
What this service does, and what it doesn't.
Effective October 7, 2026. By using this site or calling our number you agree to these terms.
What we do
Allen Foundation Experts is a referral service connecting homeowners with independent foundation repair contractors. We are not a contractor or engineer, we don't perform any work, and we aren't part of any agreement you make with a contractor.
What we don't promise
We can't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, schedule, quality, licensing, insurance or warranty. Do your own checks and get everything in writing.
About the information here
Costs on this site are published ranges, not quotes. City rules and insurance summaries are general information, not legal, insurance or engineering advice, and may be out of date. Confirm with the city, your insurer and a licensed engineer.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses that result from using this site, from a referral or from a contractor's work.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms.
